Review & Study Guide

The 2008 NPTAE Review & Study Guide helps you prepare for the NPTAE with a comprehensive review of physical therapy content, study and test-taking strategies, state licensing information, and two complete practice exams on CD that have been updated to conform to the new exam. Rationales accompany each practice question to help identify your areas for improvement and continued review.

The text has been updated to reflect the new 2008 NPTE Content Outline and tables and figures have been included to aid in studying for the exam. New content and practice questions have been added in many areas including: the integumentary system, the gastrointestinal system, the metabolic/endrocine system, evidence-based practice, and therapeutic exercise foundations . Throughout the text an increased emphasis has been placed on patient reactions and physical therapy interventions.
