Online Exam by Susan O’Sullivan and Raymond Siegelman

Drs. O’Sullivan and Siegelman have developed a rigorous new 200 question online exam that simulates the new NPTE and conforms to the new NPTE Content Outline. The exam includes questions on foundational science important for physical therapy practice such as anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology. Questions relating to the examination of the patient, evaluation of findings, differential diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention are covered extensively. The remaining areas covered are modalities, equipment and devices, evidence-based practice, teaching and learning methodology and theory, and safety including standard precautions and administrative situations.

IER’s online exam will help you practice the behaviors required on the NPTE and provide you a detailed performance analysis that will help identify your strengths and weaknesses and focus your exam preparation. You may also be interested in IER’s two-day Exam Prep Course and NPTE Review and Study Guide with 3 practice exams on CD.

After you purchase the online exam, you will have immediate access for 30 days and can take the exam 3 times. The results of each exam attempt are saved and can be analyzed by overall score, and by specific domain, category, or critical reasoning strategy.

In the Performance Analysis section you can review each question, your answer, the correct answer, and the answer rationale which explains why the correct answer was the best choice and why the other choices were incorrect or not the best choice. The Performance Analysis section includes reports by domain, category, critical reasoning strategy, correct answers, incorrect answers and all questions.
