Alysha Walter

Dr. Alysha Walter is a PT Tutor for TherapyEd and has over 14 years clinical experience in acute and critical care settings at two different hospitals. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Cleveland State University in 2010 and completed a Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Residency through the VA Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI in 2015. Additionally, she has been a board-certified clinical specialist in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary PT (CCS) since 2016. Dr. Walter also has 6 years of experience in full-time teaching within an entry-level  DPT program at Walsh University. She is passionate about helping students and has years of both clinical and teaching experience. She has published in peer reviewed journals and presented at local, state, and national conferences. She makes difficult cardiovascular, pulmonary, and acute care topics easy to understand and loves providing real world examples and supporting students as they master the material.
